Thousand of pounds stuffed in Dealers Socks
May 14th
The Grosvenor Victoria Casino London has prosecuted a long serving staff member for theft from the gaming tables.
www.grosvenorcasinos.com
Unbelievably over a six year period Wayne Wagner stuffed stolen gaming chips into his socks and then passed them to an unnamed accomplice who then cashed them in.
Last October Wagner was jailed for 15 months at Southwark Crown Court admitting theft of £69,000.
The judge told him to repay £36,000.
Grosvenor Casinos have since served a writ alleging the theft of between £250,000 and £300,000 over a six year period.

Poker Tip
Always play courteously at the card table.
Almost all casinos have excellent camera security to safeguard your well being and chips.
Crooked dealers give the gaming industry a bad name.
They are the exception, and eventually will pay the price for their actions.
